AN EARLY TRAINING PROGRAM TO TAKE YOU TO A SUCCESSFUL 10K


This program is designed for runners who have completed a 5k at around 5mins 30 seconds per kilometre pace, leading to a time of between 27 and 30 minutes

Now you want to improve your 5k time, and also your endurance so that you can tackle a decent 10k
